It will show eventually if you keep at it!. And you've actually burned more than 200 calories each day, because your metabolism continues to be elevated even after you get off the treadmill!.!.!.sometimes for a few hours after!.

The treadmill is a very good way of walking and burning fat!. It is very important to walk for 45-60 minutes at your target heart rate for!. Only after your 30 minute mark you start to burn fat!. To get your target heart rate for fat burning
This is easy: you simply subtract your age from 220!. As an example if you are 38 years of age you subtract 38 from 220!. 220 - 38 = 182!. Therefore 182 heartbeats per minute is you maximum heart rate!. In order to exercise safely and to effectively burn fat you must keep you heart rate within a specified target heart rate!. It is recommended to stay within 55% and slowly work your way up to 65%!. Best would be 65%!. To find you target heart rate is multiply your maximum heart rate by the percentage desired!. Sure, using a treadmill is a great start!. You will probably find that if you alternate walking on a treadmill with walking outside to be more beneficial - you'll be toning additional muscles!. Combine that with a low fat diet and you'll be on your way!. It will eventually show but you have to keep working!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
