Inyour salad use golden oil as your dressing with lemon!. do not be deficient of liver and meat or beef in balance but cook it lean!.Intaking of golden oil such as olive sesame or wheat germs will help and maintain too some brewers yeast!. You dont have to exercise much!. Do the lazy exercise by laying in a yoga slanting board!.do your own with solid board 1 1/2 feet wide and six feet long, simply raise the foot end of the board to a low chair or raise the foot end of the board by 12 inches lay down in it for 30 min!. everyday!.
