Question: In College and want to lose weight!?
I'm in college and I weight 190 pounds I don't like that I have a little tummy when sitting and I feel none of the guys even look at me because of my weight!. How do I lose weight fast!? I want to be a sexy college girl size like in movies Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am going to give you some great advice, although you are really going to have to commit!. If you weigh 190 you probably burn about 2100 calories a day!. Try and eat 1500 calories a day I guarantee you will loose weight safe & fast!. It is simple math calories in & calories out!. Also make sure they are good calories eg!. protein, veggies, fiber, fruit!.!.!.!. You also want to break this up in to 5 meals a day!. Try not to eat a serving size larger then your two fists together!. Also, you want to work out 5 days a week with cardio & light muscle training!. This will get you the body that you want for life with out starving or depriving yourself!. Also, lots of H20!! Let me know if you have any more questions in detail!. the best way, i find, is to get a good night sleep, drink a lot of water, and don't snack between meals!. but if you skip a meal you'll probably be hungry and pig out, which is why plain starving doesn't work!.

also make sure your hair is done, makeup and clothes look great every day, no matter what the time!.

Run!. A lot!. And becoming vegetarian temporarily would probably help too!. Don't do any "diets"!.!.!.!. they **** up your body!.

When I first entered into college I joined an exercise studio, started walking laps, cutting out a lot of fast food items like French Fries, and also started drinking more water instead of pop!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

WORK OUT!!!!! drink lots of water, cranberry juice (no sugar)!.!.!. dont eat pastas or lots bread!.!.!. get on a healthy diet, like vegetables, boiled chicke,!.!. dont starve yourself!!

do lots of cardio but also weights to tone up
