Okay so this may seem STUPID.?!


Question: Okay so this may seem STUPID!.!?
Yeah this may seem stupid, but like alot of 18 year old girls im obsessed!!with my weight, especially having a sister whose older and skinnier than me doesn't help!. But however much i hate my body, i still find myself eating all the time, its like i dont feel hungry but i can eat, its almost like i never get full :(!? Ive tried diets and healthy eating, well tbf, my eating is pretty healthy anyway, im not fat, im just quite chubby, and its only around my stomach, im okay with myself everywhere else, i just am at the end of my teather trying and trying new things and them never working, i used to do 30 sit ups a night, and a day, and i still didnt seems to lose any weight, i try and eat less! WHAT AM I DOING WRONG :(
of course seeing the likes of mary-kate olsen, and vanessa hudgens splashed about in the magazines everywhere makes me feel NO better, but i idolize them also!.

I think you should quit comparing yourself to the likes of girls like Mary Kate!. That girl seems to have an eating disorder!. She's much too thin!. Try to concentrate on eating a good amount of protein, healthy carbs, plenty of fruits and vegetables!. I was an overweight teen and now I am considered a slim adult!. Put most of the calories into breakfast and lunch!. Do a moderate amount of exercise every day!. I lost a lot of weight when I started riding a bike for an hour a day!. It could be walking, running, anything you enjoy and will keep up!.
Sit ups are a good idea if you are trying to spot reduce!. You may not lose weight but you can lose inches!. Keep plenty of raw veggies and fruit around to snack on and don't eat junk food!. And if you do "mess up" don't give up!. Just get back on to a healthy way of eating and exercising and don't beat yourself up about it!. Don't you think even Nicole Richie has a cookie now and then!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
