Question: How can i lose 2 stone!?
well, ive been with my boyfriend for some years now and hes really horrible into telling me to lose weight or hel leave me and find a 'slim' girl!. i am 5,5 (1!.65cm) tall and i weigh 73 kilos, i want to lose weight for myself as im not happy being over weight, but he treats me like i am obese!. anyway i really do want to lose 2 stone and at least 1 stone for christmas, i have tried going to the gym but lose motivation because i dont see quick enough results!. i have been this weight for the last 2years so i havent put on any weight more than 2 years ago, what will motivate me to lose weight and spee up my process pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need to get it into your head that the weight doesn't come off in 2days!. It takes months of hard work, eating healthily and exercising regularly to lose weight!. If you're not prepared to do that then it's simple - you'll stay the same!.
I just want to know why you're still with this moron!. He clearly judges people by their appearance and isn't with you for your personality!. I think you should dump him!. That alone will motiviate you to lose weight ;)

Loose him to start with!!!
If you really want to loose the weight do as i have done and join a slimming club!. Its a great support network and being part of a group really motivates you to make the effort - You wont want to be the one who gained a pound when everyone else in the group lost weight that week!.

Hi, I hope this helps:

On a typical Monday - Friday do this:

Wake up early in the morning, have a bottle of water, then take a 20 min walk (10 Min's there are back), then go back have a bowl of "Special K" with milk and a glass of water!.

Go to work or school, at break have just fruit and have a glass of water and at lunch have sandwichess, water and fruit!. Do not be tempted by the canteen cookies!. (Not saying you will be)

Then when you arrive home have a shower, relax but dont eat, then go out for a half hour jog arrive back have a bottle water then relax (you may want to take water with you and a special k bar just incase), look at yourself in the mirror and look at all your positivee things about yourself, then have dinner (not pizza, MCDonald's etc) vegetables,potatoess, meat, pasta with a glass of water!.

Then chill for a while to homework/ work from your job!. then take a 10 min walk (Min's there and back), arrive back do some stretchess (get a stretching DVD)!. Then just have fruit and a glass water and have an early night!.

For a typical weekend:

Wake up around 8:00 in the morning, have a bowl of "Special K" and a glass of water, then get dressed, shower and then take an hour bike ride (30 Min's there and back) arrive home and have a glass of water and some fruit (you might want to take a bottle of water with you), then relax for about an hour (not eating junk food) then get out that stretchess DVD and do that for 15mins, have a break, then resume it for an extra 15mins!. Relax for a while and just have healthy food like fruit, vegetables, yogurts etc!.!. (not too much) then have lunch - chicken, pottatoes, pasta or vegetables etc!.

After lunch go and have some fun , visit some friends, see your family or spend some time with your pet(s)!.

Then about 5:00 take a 10min walk (5mins there and back) have some water, then for dinner have sandwhiches that contain chicken, paste, tuna, hame (not chips, ketchup etc - not saying you do)!. Then have a healthy yougurt (i recommend activa)!.

Have a break, watch tv, computer etc!. Then go out on your bike 5:30 - 6:30 and come back relax, have some water, healthy food, phone a friend, e-mail a friend, invite one over even!.

Then do 10- 20mins of the streching DVD with your friend perhaps!.

Then stop everything your doing around 8:30 - 9:00, have something healthy to eat and drink, have and have a good night sleep!.

Keep it up for ages and way your self every month you will see an improvement!.

And I hope it helped, don't listen to your boy friend, I say dump him you obvousily don't deserve to have a boy friend who insults you, you can do way better than idiots like him!.

You can customise with the water and the healthy food between meals but I recommened you stay exactley the same with what I said about exercise and meals!.

Don't starve your self, or don't eat/drink between meals or even skip meals - did you know you can put on weight doing this!?

Getting rid of your boyfriend and hanging around with supportive people will be the best motivation to get healthy and lose weight!. People who really care about you build you up instead of tear you down!.

There's two ways you could go for weight loss and I think either way will work for you!. First of all, my best suggestion is to learn to eat healthy!.

That means understand the food pyramid, the food groups, the recommended servings, etc!. That is how you should eat for life! If you eat that way and have 3 small, healthy meals a day and 2 small, healthy snacks, you will lose weight!. Each meal should be less than 400 calories and each snack should be about 100-150 calories!. Eating highly nutritious foods is the key, so think in terms of lean protein, veggies, whole-grains, fruits, low-fat dairy, and heart-healthy oils!.

The best way to lose weight is not to diet, because your body has a memory and because of this alters your metabolism to try and regain the weight you have lost, so so when your diet lapses as it will, the weight will come back very fast!.
What you should do is work out how many calories you need to maintain your weight, keep this low fat!. Then work out at the gym using machines that tell you how many calories you burn, this way you can work out how much weight you will lose, 7500 calories = 1kg also when you see how much exercise you need to do to burn calories and start to read food labels this should help you stop eating inappropriate foods!. good luck!.

To lose weight yourself, Eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day, Walk for an hour every day and put on 'Im every woman' by whitney houston!.

Suggestions for 3 meals & 3 snacks (what im following this week)

Breakfast: 2 weetabix with milk and sugar,Cup of tea!.

Snack: Banana

Lunch: Tuna salad sandwhich with low fat mayo

Snack: Something sweet, like a kit kat bar

Dinner: Tomato soup with a muffin w/ sunflower spread ( Or jacket potato, or chicken tikka roll or summet)

Snack: Pack of snack jacks / ricecakes!.

For your boyfriend, Text message break up with him,have a hot bath, go the salon,get your hair done,and make him want you back :D
