Question: Need advice!!!?!?!? Help!?
I'm fat and need to loose weight!?

I weigh 412 pounds!. I need to loose about 250!.

Physically, I can not do yoga!. I can not get down on the floor to do crunches!. I have back problems that prevent me from doing sit ups, push ups and crunches!.

I know walking is the best thing for me!. I am walking outside my apartment complex for about 10-15 minutes a day!. I know walking is the best thing!.

Bike riding: I do not own a bike!. I am physically unable to haul it up and down to my 2nd floor apartment anyway!. Swimming: I do not have access to a swimming pool!. I also can not find a swim suit in my size!.

Gym/work out room: Yes, my complex has a fitness room with a treadmill and weights!. However, I can not use it because the weight limit on the treadmill, exercise bike and free standing weights bench has a limit of 300 pounds!. At 412 pounds, that means I'm 112 pounds to fat to even think about using it!.

I am physically unable to jump so jumping jacks are out!. I can't even jump high enough to use a jump rope!. Besides, if I jumped roped, I would have sound issues with my downstairs neighbors!.

I do not have a YMCA in my area!. I would have to drive 15 miles out of my way, and I can not afford the gas to drive 30 miles out of my way 3-5 times a week!. It is not because I'm lazy!. I want to go!. But with gas prices being so high, I can't afford to drive!. Public buses are out of the question because the bus trip just to get there would take two hours!. (I already checked) and I'm not sitting on a bus/waiting for one for 3 1/2 to 4 hours a day!.

I am looking for cheap or free workout equipment and easy workouts to do at home with little or no equipment needed!. I'm willing to buy weights and workout videos that I can do at home!. What are some good suggestions!?

With the diet thing, I'm already following the diet plan my Dr!. and I worked out and am eating a heart healthy/low sodium diet!. I've cut out junk food and other crap!. I'm eating healthy, but not skimping or depriving myself!.

Walking 10 to 15 is doing nothing!. Walk to the gym, ride the bus back!. Make the bus your reward!. Unfortunately eating right is more then half of getting in shape!. Walk with weights, do lunges, military presses!. just make sure that you burn more calories then bring in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok so you pretty much just made a million reasons not to excercise besides walking!. 15 minutes isn't very long, i suggest increasing this by five minutes every two days until you reach an hour!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would start with simply cutting your meals in half!. Get a normal sized meal and only eat half!. Also, try walking and doing some very easy exercises!. Nothing too strenuous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm unsure of what you're asking also - you say that you don't want diet advice, but then, what are you asking for!? exercising advice!?

at any rate - KEEP walking!. walking is great for your body & is easy to do at any size!. try increasing the amounts of time you walk every day, making your workout longer & longer!. and of course, your eating habits have to be modified for the better (but you obviously don't want diet advice, so i'll leave it at that!.) but as a side note, my aunt lost 90 pounds on weight watchers (not to plug, or anything), and i know it doesn't work for everyone - but it's something to look into if you're serious about weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't ask a question if you don't want the answer!. You need to start drinking a bottle of prune juice a week, and drinking lots of water!. Also, 15 minutes is not going to cut it, start out with 3 hours of walking and work your way up to 8 hours of walking!. Just like anyone with an 8 hour a day job would do!. Also, if you think your heart can take it, pseudo euphedrine does and smoking does wonders to supress ones appetite!. Don't overdoes, take the pills as directed, do not allow yourself to become addicted, you need better self discipline!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh! Dance Revolution! For the PS2! I want to get it too!.!.!. I have about 100 pounds to lose! Also The wii!.!.!. I really want one of those because you have to move to play!. They even have an exercise or dance game!. Any game that is active would be good! Plus they have levels and goals, which is good anytime!

I went to a hypnotist named Jeff Lynn and he hypnotizes you not only to lose weight by eating healthy (which respectively you are already doing) but also to drink tons of water and be active and exercise!. It actually works!. In case you are interested I will leave you his site!.
