Is it okay to drink whole milk?!


Question: Is it okay to drink whole milk!?
One of my friends told me that whole milk isn't good to drink but rather skim or 2%!. She said I can get really fat and cellulite!. I'm pretty thin 15 year old!. I weigh 95 lb (pounds), waist 23 inches, bust 28B, hips 28 inches, height 5'3!. I have a pretty fast metabolism!. I tried other milk that I don't really like it it is like drinking water!. I only use whole milk of everything that needs milk!. Is it ok!? Or can it hurt me!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

For your measurements that you listed whole milk is ok for you!. However, whole milk is indeed very fattening, but it's not going to do you any damage if you diet and exercise moderately!. I myself couldn't even imagine drinking anything other than whole milk, however, I wanted to switch to a low fat diet and I started weening myself off of whole milk and I now drink non-fat milk only, which I find very good!. But you have to go through the whole weening stage i!.e!. whole, 2%, 1%, then non-fat!. It's a much better transition when you do it that way if not you'll ascertain that the milk is water like if you go from whole to non-fat straight!. Nevertheless, whole milk won't hurt you; it's about preference!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
