Just make sure your calorie intake is less than your calorie output!. You have to burn 3500 calories more than you take in, to burn 1lb of fat!. But remember that muscle weighs aprox!. 4 times as much as fat by density, and water weight is heavy too, and you need water and muscle!. In a healthy weight loss plan, you should only try to lose 2 to 3 lbs a week!. Any more than that, can be unhealthy!.

Also, what type of exercising are you doing!? An hour of intense cardio workout per day should start to pay off as long as you aren't packing on the calories after your workout!. Jogging is good because it also builds strong leg muscles and they help burn the most calories of any muscle group!. Don't drink lots of juice or high calorie fluids!. Stick to water because a lot of empty calories come from juice and soda and people don't even realise it!. Juice, although sounds healthy, is loaded with calories!. If you want fruit eat real fruit because then you get the fiber too and that helps you stay full longer!. Most Americans don't use good judgment when it comes to portion control either!. Eat slower and use smaller plates and you will eat way less!.

Avoid processed breads (white bread), sugar, cheese, and high fat meats!. They all really pack on the pounds!. It's all about changing your lifestyle to a healthier one!. You shouldn't think of it in the frame of mind as a diet!. Diets are only a temporary solution, and many people who "diet" just gain it all back when they think they've reached their goal weight!. Change the way you think about eating and exercising and the weight should stay off and you will feel healthier and happier!.

Good diet does not mean good to loose weight !. Keep negative balance of calorie in your daily intake !. Example -You use 1500 KCal a day -take /eat / less than that !. Your body will use fat as a ffod for your body and you will loose weight !. Do not check your waight every day , step on scale 2 times a week most !. Avoid Diet drinks , eat many vegetables !. You're supposed to exercise 30 minutes a day!. Exercise is most effective at 10 minutes at a time!.

Just eat normally!.!.!.cut out the snacks!. Eat more carbs than veggies and fruit!. Try eating whole grain pasta (believe me, it tastes the same) and whole wheat bread!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise like MENTAL each day (until you physically cant go on) and then your diet wont matter!.

I don't think a specific diet is needed!. Just eat lots of vegetables, some fruit!. some grains, and some meats!. Just like any normal person!. Just eat less of them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
