She is thin but she still looks HEALTHY
I am a 15 year old female standing at 5"3 and I weigh 125 pounds my weight is in my legs/thighs

Don't starve yourself!. What you want to do is eat healthy and do some leg workouts!. Running isn't the best for building leg muscles, but it can help tone them!. Do some lunges, toe raises, squats, leg press, and hamstring curls and you will have some sexy legs!. Im 16 and the girls that have the best legs in my school are the ones that either do gymnastics or dance, so maybe you should take up one of these hobbies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the thing is that you can't, everyones body has a different shape and structure, you realy just need to work with what you've got and you might not like your body at the moment and believe me i'm 14 about 5'9 and accourding to my friends i have an amazing hour glass figure but i never see that in the mirror!. you might look absolutly amazing but when you look at your self you only pick out your faults, so you can diet all you want but the fact is you'll never look like a celeb or a model in a fashion mag, because you are yourself and one day you will exept that, but in the mean time eat healthily stop when your full and don't centre your life around your weight, there's much more important things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would recommend that you build muscle so that it's EASIER to burn away the fat!. Remember that you can't burn fat from just one part of the body, gradually over time (a few months) you will notice that you'll develop more muscle tone!.

I suggest you do compound exercises such as pushups, pullups, chinups, dips, squats and janda situps to develop overall muscle tone!.

Once you have developed some muscle then it's time for cardio!. I suggest that you do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)!. HIIT has been proven to be superior to regular cardio!. The reason being that HIIT boosts your metabolism for 24 hours unlike regular cardio!. That means you'll burn the fat for a whole day even while you sleep!. Regular cardio only burns fat when you exercise!.

HIIT works by alternating your heart rate from low to very high and so on!. This fluctuation boosts your metabolism!.

So for an example of HIIT: walk for 2min followed by sprinting for 30 sec!. This becomes 1 cycle!. Complete 3 more for a total of 4 cycles lasting 10min!. Don't be fooled by how short it is - it is INTENSE!.

Over the coming weeks increase by 1 cycle per week until you reach your 8th week!. Your 8th week should have 8 cycles lasting 20min!. This is optimum!. Don't add anymore cycles after that!.

Lastly for nutrition I suggest that you eat 4-6 small meals per day or 3 meals and 3 healthy snacks in order to keep your energy up for when you workout!. Eat lots of protein such as milk, eggs and lean meats!. For complex carbs have brown rice, grained bread and pasta and also some healthy fats (they won't make you fat but are in fact essential fats to keep you healthy) include: nuts and fish!. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water!.

You should rest for 8 hours per day!.
