Don't eat after 6:00 Pm
Eat a big breakfast, a medium lunch, and a small dinner
Drink Green or White tea with no sugar or milk
Eat foods like pomegranate, and blueberries!.
Do a small amount of cardio first thing in the morning (A quick jog, some jumproping, ect!.)
Every time you do cardio, for the rest of the day your metabolism will be sped up
Eat at least 1,500 calories a day

They say if you work out before bedtime it raises your metabolism!. Somehow I was able to slow mine down by changing my diet a little!. I use to weight 255 and I am back down to 230!.
