Well, you won't lose any weight in a day!. Eventually, if you didn't eat every day, your body would start to "eat away" at your muscle before it ever went after the fat on your body!.
Also, by consuming less than 1200 calories a day, you're putting your body on "starvation mode" and it will do everything it can to try to preserve any fat you have left on your body!.
The healthiest thing to do is to figure out how manly calories you should be eating everyday, and then consume those calories in a healthy way!. If you combine that with a reasonable amount of exercise then you can lose weight the healthy way, and it will be much easier to keep it off in the long run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately, not much!. Many people think that starving themselves will lead to fast weight loss!. A starvation diet does not mean the absence of food!. It means cutting the total caloric intake to less that 50% or half of what the body requires!. The body then responds by using it's own reserves to then provide energy!. Therefore holding on to any fat it has in its body!. Then as soon as normal eating is resumed weight is typically regained!.

Only a change in lifestyle will lead to a steady weight loss!. This way you are more likely to sustain any weight that has been lost!.

You won't burn POUNDS, not eating doesn't melt the weight away, you'll have to start eating again eventually so I suggest you stop being so immature - grow up and go on a healthy diet instead of starving yourself!.
