Answers:
you need to exercise, not too much though, otherwise it will actually slow down your metabolism!. i reccomend taking up a sport you can really be serious with, and practicing it an hour to an hour and a half a day!. swimming and running both help a lot with overall appearances!. eat small meals often, i reccomend 5-6 350 calorie meals a day, please, don't reduce your calorie intake, it will ruin your metabolism!. you need a balanced breakfast, with carbs, fat(you need it!), protein, vitamins(such as in fruit) and preferrably calcium as well!. if you eat a good breakfast, it will jumpstart your metabolism for the day! eat bigger meals earlier in the day, and gradually reduce the size througout the day, but this doesn't mean eating only half an apple for dinner! try to have some fruits and veggies with every meal, and constantly drink water througout the day!

i hoped this helped, and let me know how things go!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd recommend drinking as much water as possible!. I don't exactly know HOW it works, but it does!. I think it has something to do with the fact that it makes you fuller without you actually taking in the calories or fat or even substance, therefore almost helping you lose a little weight and clean out your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat 6 well balanced, healthy small meal / snacks per day instead of eating 3 large meals!.
Examples!.!.!.!.!.
half a pita, tablespoon of hummus, with lettuce and tomato
apple and tablespoon almond or peanut butter
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese with fruit or veggies
half a turkey sandwich on multigrain bread
Just be sure to get a balance of protein, healthy carbs and healthy fats in each meal!. And watch your portion sizes!.
And don't forget Exercise!!! Cardio is key!Www@Answer-Health@Com
