How to Get a Dancer/Cheerleader's Body?!

Question: How to Get a Dancer/Cheerleader's Body!?
i'm 15 and about 145 pounds!. i'd really like to get down to around 120, which, according to my BMI, would be a healthy weight!. but i dont want to just lose weight, i want to tone up my muscles!. i really want to have a body like a dancer or a cheerleader!. how should i go about doing this!? what are some good exercises i should do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Cardio! Running, jogging, elliptical! It burns fat like crazy and tones your body! Also do lots of lunges to tone your butt and the backs of your thighs!. You will look lean and toned in no time! Also, if you eat mostly fruits and vegetables and no fat dairy that will be good too!.

All of them!. As far as diet is concerned, don't starve yourself!. There are no magic exercises and no magic diets!. If you burn more calories than you take in, you'll loose weight!. Cut down on the portions of food you eat; stop eating junk food!. If you want to tone your body, run, swim and lift weights (moderate to low weight, high reps) to work every muscle in your body!.

I won't happen overnight, and it won't be easy!. People say they want to have good looking bodies all the time; most don't want it as bad as they think they do, because they are not willing to sacrifice!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I strongly suggest you start ballet classes!. Beginner if you dont have experience!. Ballet exercises all your muscles and teaches you to dance!. All the ballet teachers I have had in my life (well im only 18 so ive only had about 5 or 6) have had the nicest bodies i have ever seen on real women!.!.!.They are lean, muscled, and graceful!. Een one who was about 60 years old had the nicest body among all her stuents who were my about my age!.

Its hard at first but once you start improving its so encouraging and makes you feel beautiful!. I love it and strongly suggest it to you or anyone who wants a dancer`s body! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm about our age and have been a dancer for a while now!. I suggest that you do five minute cycles of scissors to work on your abs and leg muscles!. To do scissors-lay on the ground on your back!. Life your legs up so you look like a L!. Criss cross your legs twice and then open them wide!. Then right back to criss cross!. Do this for five minutes four times a day and you'll be in shape in no time!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well i'm a dancer and im the same situation as you!.!.!.so really it just depends on the person!. Just start jogging and doing ab workouts!. When strengthening don't work on the same muscle every day or results won't show too well and u could even injure yourself!. DDR is really good exercise if you like dance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aerobics, yoga and core strength training!. Talk to your gym teacher, or go to a gym (hey go with your mom, and both of you can get in shape) and the trainers there will help you out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
