Question: Am i too young to start lifting weights at 14!?
well i am 14 and my birthday is in December 3 1993!. I haven't start lifting but just push up, sit ups, crunches and jogging i want to lift weights but im scare ill be short im 5ft 6!.5in i weigh 105 pound!. also it look like im skinny is there any tip for me to get fatter by fatter more weight that muscle and not fat!. You the perfect age to start weightlifting!. Weightlifting stunting your growth is just a myth!. It ain't true at all!. You mean thicker, not fatter!. 8-10 reps is fine for gaining muscle and strength!. Your gonna have to explore with the weights at first and the ngo from there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeh u can just do rep on small weights like 10 or 5 lbs but do over a 100 reps or something like that!. Its not going to stunt your growth unless you lift things that are too heavy for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
