My goal is 40 pounds in 3 months!.
I dont like exercising at all!.
I've been thinking about Slim Fast but it seems real confusing to me!.

Can I replace all of my meals with Slim Fast without getting sick!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Surely, your goal is attainable if you are prepared to be disciplined and have a rigid exercise schedule!.

I think first of all you should prepare yourself mentally for the journey ahead of you!. You will have to get used to the fact that you can no longer eat the same foods as you used to!. You will have to get used to the idea of spending long hours on exercise and you will have to get used to the idea of resisting fattening and unhealthy foods!.

Second, make a diet plan!. Head to your health food store and choose organic foods!. Limit the amount of food you can eat each day and stick to your plan!.

Third, make a rigid and time-consuming exercise plan!. Trust me you will need to spend at least 2 hours of walking or jogging each day!. And you will have to increase the difficulty and the length of time you exercise each day in order to prevent plateauing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My husband lost about 50 pounds in 3 months without excercise!. Simply by eating ONLY fruits, veggies (usually salad with oil and vinegar) and meat and drinking ONLY water!. As a snack do nuts and seeds!. He has never put the weight back on but he still pretty much only eats meat and veggies!. Occasionally he has sprouted grain bread, rice, rice pasta, and potatoes, but he has Multiple Chemical Sensivities so he did it because he wanted to start feeling better!.

He actually got me hooked on these salads!.!.!.

A bag of salad, any kind of meat diced, olive oil, BALSAMIC vinegar, and sunflower seeds!. yummmmm!.!.!. I could eat them EVERYDAY!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You say you don't like exercising, but dancing is considered exercising too, just anything as long as you move your body!

It is feasible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight fast then you will without doubt put it all back on again just as fast!. I lost 5 pounds recently when I had a special celebration to attend, and I did it by following the instruction supplied on the site in the box below!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the faster you try to lose weight the sooner you will gain it back!. and besides its very bad for your body to lose a lot of weight in a short span of time!. so don't waste your time and health on this!. try to lose weight slowly!. do brisk walking for 40 mins every day!. eat lots of fruits and vegetables!. drink 10 glasses of water everyday!. sleep for atleast 8 hours a day!. this way you will lose weight in a safe and steady way!. and you will not gain back the weight lost very easily!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

slim fast is ok but there are other programs less confusing and work well with you needed to do exercises!. take a look at the site i mention below!. It has some tricks to lose weight the healthy way and it is effective!. I am personally on this one!. 40 punds in 12 weeks is possible I think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

STOP BEING LAZZY!! there is no quick fix!.!.sure there might be some radical ways but if you dont exercise when you are skinny then you will just get fat all over again!.!.!.!.what you need to do is exersize and eat healthy!. as soon as you get skinny dont quit becaus that is how you probly got big in the first place
