Should I keep going on with my diet?!


Question: Should I keep going on with my diet!?
I have gained weight but I have lost body fat!. Losing weight is really important to me, which one is better!.!.!. Low body fat or low number on the scale!? And should I keep going on with my diet or try another one!?!?
I have been doing "The alternate day diet" and I have lost Bodyfat but recently I have gained 100-200grams and I dont know why and Im pretty sure its not muscle!. Your opinions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

In my opinion, I think it's best to focus on just leading a healthy lifestyle that means:

1) eating better to maintain healthy body functions
2) stop eating when you feel full, eat slowly
3) eat the foods that you enjoy but in moderation
4) reduce your stress
5) learn how to handle life's issues when they come up (proper mental health)
6) if you have poor self esteem see someone and improve it

It doesn't matter what you eat or don't eat if you see yourself poorly because everything in the body's connected and chemical responses happen that trigger food consumption!. It's a cycle!

I would say keep doing whatever you are doing as it is working - the better number to track is the body fat %!. 1lb of muscle is equal to 1lb of fat in weight (obviously) but it takes up much less space!.!.!.!.so try to track also your measurements as another indicator of how you are doing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Key is to have balance between your exercise and eatting!. As for the number on the scale, I would use that only to check in to see if you are losing, and if you have a particular goal!. For myself I know the scale makes me depressed, so I just try to eat and excercise, and FEEL GOOD IS KEYWww@Answer-Health@Com

The obvious way to burn fat is to consume less food and workout more, the problems appear when we really attempt to put that into operation! There are loads of temptations out there aren't there!?! I found some splendid advice by learning from the site in the box below, they have loads of instruction, I melted away 6 pounds by taking their advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
