Percent Body Fat Question...?!


Question: Percent Body Fat Question!.!.!.!?
Currently I have 23% body fat!.!.!.i know I have a lot of fat but approximately how long would it take to get down to 9% or less following this plan!?

-Run 3 miles every day
-Eat really healthy
-Lift weights every Monday, Wednesday, Friday
-Do 100 poushups every night
-Do Ab Ripper X every Mon!. Wed!. Fri!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

About the running!. To lose fat, you should not shoot for a distance because a distance will become shorter and shorter as your body gets more efficient!. (Not literally shorter, just finished quicker) And you want to be able to run faster and faster over distance because the faster you can run the more stamina you'll have, and the more energy you'll burn!. In running you need to shoot for time!. You need to run about 30-45min!. A day or everyother day!. And always try to run slightly faster then you feel like you can!. And try to maintain your pace so you don't wear yourself out before the end of the 30-45 min!.

Lifting weights will help because muscle burns fat, even at rest, more then any other cell in the body!. As for the pushups that's kind of like weight lifting, but pushups, I think, builds stamina better then weightlifting if you always attempt to do more then you can do!. Your muscles will feel sore doing pushups everyday, but eventually they will learn to recuperate quicker!. However if your going to run and do pushups everyday, your going to need to stretch, and I mean a lot!. Before and after every workout you should stretch and warm up every muscle you excercise!. The ab ripper will help with stomach muscles, but they don't get rid of belly fat any more then any other muscle does!. Now keep in mind your chest muscles are going to be slightly sore just about all the time if you do push ups everyday, but even so I've noticed that I seem to be able to do more when I do them daily till I can't do them anymore then if I wait a few days and do them again!.

Also keep in mind not to hurt yourself on the weights!. Your chest muscles will be a little sore from pushups everyday so just keep it in mind!.

One last thing, you will learn a lot more about your body and it's capabilities when you workout!. If you feal you can do more, go ahead, but keep in mind that you should work your way into more, don't just jump ahead because you feal like you can!. Do a little more at first, then work you way to more till your satisfied!. Like weights!. You may feal like you could plop another 100 pounds or more, but it's better if you first try another 25 or so pounds, and keep adding a little more weight till you get up to the 100 pounds or so!. That way you don't end up injuring yourself or pulling something!.

Okay this is the last thing!. Only you know what you feal, and what your body's doing!. So don't kill or injure yourself, but also you need to be willing to push a little bit harder then you think you can!. Except with weights!. weights can be dangerous, especially free weights, so I reccomend you do what you think you can first, then work your way up!. Only do slightly more then you think you can only if you've got someone to spot you who will be able to help you lift the weight if you can't make it!. Imagine your on a bench press and you can't get those weights up to the first rack!. Your in a bit of trouble if you don't have someone to spot you!.

Update: Oh if you want to tone, you need to do many repititions with less weight!. Something like enough weight to do 12-15 repititions before you need to rest!. That will tone your muscles more then bulk them up!.

Oh yeah and you might want to concider lap swimming to running because swimming burns more fat because it uses all the muscles in your body!. But I think running is more fun!. Well it's up to you anyway good luck!.

And one thing to keep in mind with cardio workouts for burning fat is that 30-45 min of cardiovascular excercise without stopping is best for burning fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

More than that!. I have several friends that are pro bodybuilders, and others that are fitness models!. Ripped and muscles: Treadmill 2x daily, total of 90 minutes, workout daily, eat unbelievably healthy!.

Bodybuilders: Treadmill 30 minutes a day, gym 90 minutes per day (2x 45, morning and evening) and eat unbelievably healthy!.

It is a lot of work!. Pushups, abs, etc do little to nothing for fat loss!.

because you don't look as if you really need to diet to lose weight, just work out!.

don't become protein crazy!. eat as much as you need (you can calculate that over the net) and dont take testosterone pillls/steroids!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe 3 miles 3 times a week
eat lots of protein
that will increase your muscle and decrease ur fat
should take you 1 month to get to ~17% and 3 more moths to get to 9%Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are gonna play water polo you should do a lot of swimming which is good for toning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

one month, how would we know how much body fat do we have,is there someway we can measure it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
