Question: Stop losing weight off of face!?
Hi! Here's the deal: About a month and a half ago I started weaning myself off of meat and to a certain extent dairy!.

I had spent a week with a vegetarian friend of mine and she inspired me to start researching it!. It of course made me think more about what I eat and I realized I had been eating way more dairy products than I should be and very little grains!.!.!.so as of right now I'm drinking rice milk (and occasionaly soy milk), still eating a little bit of cheese and yogurt, and dairy products in foods, As of about two weeks ago I'm only eating fish (maybe once a week) and I don't like soy meat alternatives at all so I do try to eat a lot of beans and nuts!.!.!.

Anyway, I'm also working out very hard 3 times a week with the school rowing team, this plus the new diet has made me lose 15 lbs in only a month! I'm not super-slim, I'm 135 pounds and 5'7'' with most of my weight on my stomach and thighs, and I do of course want a flat stomach, who doesn't!? Only thing is, when I go below 140 my face slims out a lot and it's not very becoming! So is there a way to tone up and be fit for althetics!.!.!.but still keep my old face!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry, if you lose weight, you lose weight everywhere in line with the natural pattern of fat distribution your genes have laid out for you!. You can alter that a little bit by building up muscles in specific areas (some kinds of exercise give people thick bull-necks!) but you can't reprogram your body to make it put fat in one place rather than another!.

I seriously question the idea that you cannot control genetics or manipulate genes!. I Believe you can manipulate your genetic structure, albeit slowly, to create your own beauty!.

To keep the face supple eat lots of nuts especially almonds and cashews (raw, not roasted/salted)!. Omega-3 oils such as flax oil or hemp oil are also great for adding healthy fats to your body!.

I'd like to add, try to be careful with rice milk because there is alot of sugar in it, usually in the form of brown rice syrup!. Rice milk is basically water and sugar, which is why it tastes so good!.

A big part of your body's composition is in the way you view it!.

I recommend standing in front of the mirror for at least 15 minutes a day, smiling and examining how beautiful your face is!. You must say out loud, "You are so beautiful," "Wow look at how nice you look," etc!., because it is in these affirmations that your body transforms into the image of your true beauty!. Standing in front of the mirror and applauding yourself may sound arrogant, but I find it is one of the best spiritual practices!.

Also, you can visualize the flow of energy in your face and picture the blueprint of your most beautiful face, and hold to that image in your mind!. Eventually your face will resemble that image!.

Smiling at yourself is very important because it relaxes the muscles in your face which allows a good energy flow and keeps your face looking sexy while at the same time boosting your body image and lets you get through the day with confidence!
