On a scale of 1-10, how healthy did I eat today?!


Question: On a scale of 1-10, how healthy did I eat today!?
B: a homemade smoothie(1 large banana, 1/4 cup skim milk, and some small strawberries, some raspberries, and some blackberries!. I also used 1/4 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt)!.
L: whole wheat bread(138 calories) and about 2/3 cup of Flava Beans with some Olive Oil(1/2 cup=70 cal!. but has 480mg of Sodium)!. I also ate some veggies(cucumbers, tomatoes, green olives, and white onions)!. I also had a glass of O!.J with that!.
S: almost 3/4 cup of LOWFAT LITE strawberry yogurt! (1 cup=100 calories)(flavored with "Splenda"(0 calorie sweetener!.)
D: a little humus(made of chick peas) and lettuce!. Then I had about: 1 and a half cups of honey-combs(cereal) with some skim milk!. (no one was home so i ate that) I also had a glass of O!.J with that!.

I will give you an 8!. I don't think you ate enough though!. You stated you ate the cereal with milk because no one was home!. Would you have gotten in trouble if someone was home!? I'm just curious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i swear i have already answered one of these like a few months ago! ill give the same answer! STOP BRAGGINg! not everyone can eat that healthy all the time!. im sure you know that you ate healthy, you just want to pass it on to show off!.

You did good for eating healthy!. But the Honey Comb was the only thing really that I could deem unhealthy!.
Also, it does not seem like you caloric intake is high enough!.
Are you trying to lose weight!? Or just eat healthy!?

I think you did pretty good!.!.!.maybe like a 7!.!.!.
The Splenda is not good for you!. look it up, it's got some pretty bad chemicals in it!.!.!.so bad that normal sugar is better anyway!.

The honey combs are also full of sugar, but it's no biggie, so long as you don't eat stuff like that all the time!. Special K bars are the same!.

hopefully you're asking this for your health and not for your weight, because a thirteen year old should NOT be monitering her every food item in seventh grade in hopes of shedding pounds!.
