There's this really skinny girl in my school...?!

Question: There's this really skinny girl in my school!.!.!.!?
She's not really my friend, and she has almost no friends except for like 2, and she is SO skinny!. I sit by her at lunch because we have assigned seating (ugh, hate it!) and I always notice she only eats a bite or two of her lunch and then throws the rest away!. Should I ignore it, or say something!?

I think she may have a eating disorder, society has set this standard that woman or young girls have to be thinto look good or to fit it!. Noone want to be fat be staying slim means eating healthy and eating you meals i think you should watch he a little longer them if this persist say something!. Help other is always a blessing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are so many possible reasons for her weight, anything from depression, to genetics!. Since you have to sit by her you should just start to get to know her, I wouldn't come right out and ask hey, why are you so skinny!. People are more likely to open up to a friend than a stranger, and you never know, you may have somethings bothering you that she may be able to help you with!. It's always better to make a friend than an enemy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you say you arent really friends with her then it really isn't your place to say anything!. If you have every intention of being her friends then befriend her first and then tell her your worries of her and say that she needs to talk to someone about this issue!. It could be that she has an mental issue or something along those lines!. Back to my point though, if you think that you will be nothing more than aquaintances then don't say anything it might just make her mad at you for butting into her own business!. Hope I helped :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that since you are not friends, it would not come out as trying to help, if you told her to her face!.
But maybe telling one of the nicer teachers, or the one's that seem more like they would care!. Is your best option!. It is sweet that you care, but no one wants to be told something like that especially from someone that doesn't know them, and what's going on in there life!.
Don't stop caring!.

you need to say something to somebody!. It won't help to say anything to her- trust me!. But telling a trusted adult would be good!. Eating disorders are devastating diseases, she'll thank you some day if she recovers!. the sooner you catch an eating disorder, the more likely they are to recover!. act NOW!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if it seems pretty drastic let someone know ; teacher or someone !. if you dont want to tell her to her face the teacher will understand and they will probably just confront her without mentioning you !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are worried than you should tell a teacher or another trusted adult!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well maybee she isnt hungry!.!.!.
maybee she pigs out when youy get home!!
Ask her about it!.!.!. but dont be mean!!
See her reaction and then base your decision on telling an adult after that!Www@Answer-Health@Com
