Can anyone recommend any exercise tips for me?!


Question: Can anyone recommend any exercise tips for me!?
I'm a full time Student and I work part time, so basically I really only have 2 days to exercise and usually those days I'm way too exhausted to do so!. Over the last 6 months, I went from 121 to 129 and although it's nowhere overweight (I'm 5'5"), I would like to maybe lose 5lbs and tone up a bit because I'm starting to look gooey!. It could be my birth control, my diet is ok, I'm not a big eater but I eat salads pretty much everyday and I eat every 2 hours or so!. My clothes still fit!. Either my body image is distorted or I'm just really out of shape!. Any exercise tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I realised that you have no more time to do exercising, also get serious due to you have to study and work hard!. I might recommend you is that while you come back home, you get relaxed by listening the music as well as get exercised by dancing continuously at the same time, at least 3 times a week, over 30 minutes a time for burning fatty!. You could do some cardio and some light strength training!. That way you get healthy and toned!. All at the same time!.

I enjoy doing 15-20 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes of strength training (what ever muscle group I am working on that day) and then finish up with 20-25 minutes on the treadmill!. So, pretty much and hour at the gym!. (I like to sometimes do 20-20-20 of each)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are doing the right things, but what has changed in the last 6 months!? If you are keeping the same schedule it may be the birth control!. But eating every few hours, eating good quality foods, drinking plenty of water, eating foods with fiber and exercising will extremely enhance your chances of accomplishing your goals!. You are still in a healthy weight range though, so keep that in mind!. Try those 2 days to somehow get to the gym for 30-50 minutes and try to lift some weights and then maybe a little cardio during that time, but weights first!.
