Am i eating enough food??????!


Question: Am i eating enough food!?!?!?!?!?!?
Breakfst: smoothie made with banana, blueberries, strawberys and 1% milk
Lunch: Turkey cold cuts on lite style bread, apple, 1!.5 servings sun chips
dinner: not very large pasta with tomato sauce, about 1/2 sausage, small bowl salad with lowfat dressing
im a 13 yr old girl, 61!.5 inches and about 95 lbsWww@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds pretty darn good to me! I'd add a mid-morning snack and a mid-afternoon snack of about 150 calories each!. Try to get in some more dairy such as low-fat yogurt or another piece of fruit or veggies!.
