Weight gain/loss during pregnancy?!


Question: Weight gain/loss during pregnancy!?
I am pregnant again after giving birth 5 months ago and am yet to loose all the weight i gained!. Any tips from other mums with such a close gap or tips from dietatians, health experts!? I want to be healthy for my bub to come but am concerned on becoming massive Www@Answer-Health@Com

I got pregnant with my second 8 months after having my first and still had about 20 pounds to loose!. I started doing a prenatal water aerobics class at my local fitness center and it really helped me keep me wight under control!. Another thing I did was walking!. I would put my son in the stroller a just go for walks around the neighborhood or at the mall!. About two weeks after my second child was born I was back down to my original size before both children!. Friends of mine have also used prenatal workout DVDs and they really seemed to like them!.

It is safe to exercise during pregnanacy - walking, swimming, aqua aerobics, jogging, cycling!.

Also you do not need to eat that many more calories, only about 300 extra calories in the final six months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
