i do cross country in my school and i compete alot!.!.im 16 years old 5'5 and i tihnk i weigh 140lbs for me its alot because i have a different shape of a body from everyone else!. i have more muscles in my thighs!.!.and i feell ike im really fat!. Do you think im average or fat!?!?

Hey, I do cross country, too! There's no real way to determine whether someone is fat just by looking at photos and numbers, but I'm positive you're all muscle! I mean, you hardly ever see an overweight veteran cross country runner, since all the working out burns off a lot of fat! I have more muscles in my thighs as well, and I was honestly critical of my weight, too!. But judging from the pictures and information shown (because that's all there is to go on), you're not fat at all!. However, if it still bothers you, you can talk to your doctor about taking a body fat percentage test!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
noo you're not fat, you have leg muscles that's why your legs look big!. also muscle weighs more so most of your weight is probably muscle!. and your arms look pretty skinny anyways!. and omgosh you have a twin!. lucky!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
