I don't know how to loose weight.?!


Question: I don't know how to loose weight!.!?
I am 20 years old and I seriously do not get how to eat right!. I work from 9:45am-6:15pm so I'm always in a rush to eat or sometimes go to the food court!. I don't know what the carbohydrates are or any of that stuff!. My mom tells me not to eat bread or pasta so when I go out I dont know what to get!. Pizza, Burger, Chinese food are all bad I guess and once i tried eating a burger without bread and I was still hungry I felt like getting 5 of those :-( Is there any way I can get into a program to count my calories, oh and i dont know how to read the calories like the saturated fat or whats to high or too low or how many calories i need a day!. somebody please lecture me or guide me to the right program!. just exercise forget that counting calorie crap!. if you work out hard enough then it will make up for it!. i eat whatever i want, cuz you only live once so might as well eat what you want!. i'm in pretty good shape because i'm able to work out enough to make up for all the fatty foods i eat!. but i don't eat candy sodas or sugary stuffWww@Answer-Health@Com

We need to learn three things: the number of calories in our food, the number of calories a certain activity burns every 60 minutes, and finally our own personal daily limit of calories!. Losing weight is always hard to do!. If you feel like your always hungry you can take an appetite suppressant!. There is a calorie counter and some really good information at the weight loss center
