Question: Breaking through plateaus, should I take a week off from weightliftings and cardio!?
in 7 months I lost 40 lbs and want to lose about 15-20 more, but am finding it extremely difficult to lose more weight!. I'm doing weightlifting 5 days a week along with cardio 6 days a week, I think my body is adapting to my cardio routine!. Do you think I should take a week off so my body won't adapt to how much cardio i'm doing and i'll be able to lose more weight when i return to my normal routine!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should change up your weightlifting routine and cardio routine!. If you take a week off it'll be a lot harder to start back and you'll be extremely sore the first day after you start!. Do different exercises than you already do!. Do something for back, chest, arms, shoulders, and legs!. Every 6-8 weeks you need to change your routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
