you NEED to rest for 2-3 days in between workouts, if you dont give your body time to rest it will not build muscle it will burn it!. Never work out a section more than twice a week!. You need to have a routine like work out your upper body and abs on monday and dont work them out again until Thurs or Fri!. then do lowerbody and abs on tues and not again until fri or sat!. Abs are the only thing that dont need to rest in order to build it appropriately!. The real work comes during the rest periods, that is when your body is rebuilding the stressed out muscle and you need to give it an appropriate amount of time to do that!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should give your muscles at least 1-2 days to rest!. Have you tried working different muscle groups!? For example, Monday work the chest, triceps and shoulders; Wednesday you could focus on legs and abs and Friday you could work the biceps and back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your muscles hurt alot then you can rest and I also think you should work out 5-6 times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
