Here's some weight loss tip's which you can do everyday:

- Exercise 6 to 7 days a week!.

- And try to break your workout into two different sessions, this gives your metabolism a jolt!.

- Drink 6 to 8 cups of water a day!. And try to drink ice cold water, it burns more calories!.

- Take enough vitamins, especially ones that promote weight loss (such as 1800 mg!. of Fish Oil, Vitamin B Complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, ect!. Do your research)!.

- Drink green tea or take green tea pills ( it's been shown to speed up your metabolism)!.

- For your metabolism's sake, eat within 1 hour of waking up and don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed!.

- Try a vegan or vegetarian diet (it worked for me :D)!.

- Drink 12 oz!. of warm lemon water (use the juice of 1/2 a lemon) with a little sea salt every morning!. This will detoxify your body and make your skin look amazing!.

- Or, if giving up meat just isn't your thing, just count calories!. Try to have around 1200 a day!.

- Try to avoid white, bleached, or enriched flour!.

- Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils!.

- Eat every 2 to 4 hours to keep your metabolism going!.

- Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up!.

- Try to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep!. When your body is deprived of sleep your appiteite increases by 15%!.

- Sugar and artificial sweeteners are the devil!. If you have a sweet tooth, grab some fruit!.

- Avoid all junk food, fast food, and fried food!.

- Try only drinking water, tea, and black coffee!. There are so many hidden calories in drinks!.

- Eat whole grain foods and healthy fats (like olives, avacados, nuts, ect) and stay away from refined or "bad" carbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Regardless of age, I would NEVER reccomend 'ordering anything from TV' anyways!. The crap that they sell on there is questionable, and usually it is only a TEMPORARY solution to weigh loss (ie: you will gain all the weigh back that you lost while using the product unless you continue to use the product, which is not likely very healthy for you)!.
So, if you want to lose weight, the only way to do it is to diet and exercise!. And when I say diet, I don't mean "eat less" i just mean that you need to eat the right things!. Do you like fish!? Fish is so healthy for you!. How about salad, veggies and dip, cottage cheese, yogurt, brothy (not creamy) soup!? These are just some suggestions!. Of course you also need carbs, but try to aim for nutty, healthy breads!. I think that the key to eating well is to figure out what you LIKE to eat that is healthy, and then make sure that you have a variety of food choices, and then make sure that these foods are always accessible!.
Avoid carbonated beverages, dairy (some is good, but not TOO much), pre-packaged foods, fatty and fried foods, etc!.
You can always look up healthy recipes on the internet as well!. And don't starve yourself either, you are allowed to enjoy a treat every now and then!. Set realistic limits and goals!.
Also, exercise!. If you aren't used to exercising, start out small and work up!. Is there anythin preventing you from going out of the house instead of sitting on the computer right now!? If not!.!.!. then go for a walk right now!. If there are any hills by your house, walk up them!. If you have appropriate running shoes and feel up to it, jog a little, even if it is only for a minute!. You have to start somewhere!. And if you are too lazy to go for a 10 minute walk right now, then you don't have any hope to lose 60 lbs!. It isn't easy, it requires motivation and persistence!.
Especially important: TELL SOMEONE WHAT YOUR GOALS ARE, WHAT YOUR DIET IS, AND WHAT YOUR EXERCISE PLANS ARE!. If someone holds you accountable, you are more likely to be motivated to reach your goal!.
Good luck!. Get out there!.

There's no quick and easy way!. If there was, everybody would know about it and use it, and the inventor would be rich!.

Avoid fasts, fad diets, crash diets, diet pills, internet bargains and the like!. They won't help you, and could very well hurt you!.

Weight loss is achieved when you burn more calories than you consume!.!.!. so if you eat less and sit around, you won't lose weight!.

You need a combination of healthy diet and reasonable exercise to stay in shape!.

And there's no such thing as "permanently" You can always gain weight back by tilting the equation the other way!. If you want to keep weight off, you need to keep eating healthy and exercising!.

High protein, low fat, minimal good carbohydrates, and sugar-free liquids to keep you from getting dehydrated!.

There are plenty of good nutrition sites on the web that can help you!.

Good luck!.

Here are some great tips from Gabrielle Reece:

A lot of us are out there watching what we eat and exercising, but still not making a dent in our bellies and body weight!. There are a few things we are probably not doing, or doing too much of, that would mean major improvements in our health!.

Get more sleep!. After a very short period of time (about 6 nights), studies show that your glucose levels can rise if you get only 4 to 7 hours of sleep each night!. New parents are excluded, but everyone else should try to hit the 8 hour mark as often as you can and get to bed BEFORE midnight!. Every hour of rest before 12 a!.m!. is twice as valuable as the hours after midnight: Our cortisol levels are lowest before midnight therefore our recovery is the highest!.

Eating fewer refined and processed foods!. Avoid fast and fried food and try to consume as many real foods as you can!. It's also imperative to get enough fiber (helps with elimination); fruits and veggies are a great way to fill up!.

Avoid sugary drinks and reach for more water!. Water is great for so many things like digestion, eliminating toxins in the body, and transporting important nutrients to our cells which need energy to burn calories!. Americans drink 20% of their calories, so be careful of that silent pitfall!.

Get to know your kitchen!. I realize it takes more work, but the simple truth is we eat out or order in too often!. There is a greater opportunity to control what is in your food if you cook it yourself!.

Slow down!. When you do sit down to a meal, don't wolf it down!. Our culture encourages eating while driving or sitting at our desks!. The only time we seem to sit down and enjoy our food is at Thanksgiving!. The monks chew each bite of food 100 times (which is excessive), but they also eat only until they are full!. They recognize that chewing their food more makes it easier for the body to digest!.

Breathe!. There are so many days that I don't breathe deeply!. In the morning, mid-afternoon, and at the end of the day take a 10 conscious, belly-deep breaths!. Close your eyes, pull that air deep into your stomach via your nose and let all the junk out through your mouth!. Whether its a stressful day, or you just want to start and end your day on the right foot, breathing is important!.

Don't starve yourself!. Oddly enough some of you may not be eating enough, and the lack of calories is putting your body into save mode!. Our bodies are so brilliant, and if they aren't getting enough food, your metabolism will tell your body to store each and every calorie it receives or to make energy from whatever muscle tissue you have!. Not good!. Oh and by the way, don't skip breakfast!. People who skip breakfast are over 4 times more likely to be overweight!.

Do more than exercise!. Even if you are working out, you can't eat and drink whatever you want!. It really is a three sided puzzle: balancing exercise, food, and (oh yes) the spirit (which stress and happiness play into)!.

I wish you the greatest of success, and remember, being healthy is like making your bed!. It really is something we have to work at everyday!.

Since you're 14 here's my suggestion!. Leave the junk alone and move around more!!

No Fast Foods or fried foods
No Sodas
No excess Snacks
No eating after 7

Eat More Fruits and Steamed Veggies
Drink LOTS of water
Ride your bike more
Walk around the neighborhood and the mall more
Place baseball or basketball at least once a week

As long as you are doing physical activities for more than an hour at least 3-4 days a week, and leaving the junk alone you should shed the pounds easy!. Someone your age still has a good metabolism!. The reason I didn't suggest going to the gym is because these things can be fun and are things you can do with your friends and family!!
