Question: Anyone out there who lifts weights or has a knowlege of it!?
Okay so I hit the weight room alot for football and I have spoke to some local trainers and done some research to find the best routines and constructed one for myself!.
So here is my routine, I do this every other day
Pecs, Triceps and Shoulders
then the next day
Biceps, Legs and Back

It's a good work out plan, but it's a little to spread out!. It would make more sense to do biceps, triceps, and shoulders on one day, do legs on another day, and do back, pecs, abs on another day, and just keep rotating through that cycle to get more consistent results Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are missing cardio and you need to work on your core, if you don't have a strong core, the rest really doesn't matter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
