Question: Need a diet plan!.!.!.urgently!.!.!?
i need a diet plan urgently!.!.presently im taking lyt meals!.!.also i walk in the evening for about half an hour!.!.i'll increase the tymings gradually upto 1hr or so!.!.
i live in pakistan!.!.
can anyone suggest me a diet plan tht i can follow n lose weight!.!.
plz do nt refer me to any website!.!.if any one has its personal remedy do suggest!.!.
also suggest some exercise or eating habits tht can help increasing my breast size!.plz do not suggest any lotion or creams for this!.!.

You're already eating light and exercising, so here are some tips from Gabrielle Reece:

A lot of us are out there watching what we eat and exercising, but still not making a dent in our bellies and body weight!. There are a few things we are probably not doing, or doing too much of, that would mean major improvements in our health!.

Get more sleep!. After a very short period of time (about 6 nights), studies show that your glucose levels can rise if you get only 4 to 7 hours of sleep each night!. New parents are excluded, but everyone else should try to hit the 8 hour mark as often as you can and get to bed BEFORE midnight!. Every hour of rest before 12 a!.m!. is twice as valuable as the hours after midnight: Our cortisol levels are lowest before midnight therefore our recovery is the highest!.

Eating fewer refined and processed foods!. Avoid fast and fried food and try to consume as many real foods as you can!. It's also imperative to get enough fiber (helps with elimination); fruits and veggies are a great way to fill up!.

Avoid sugary drinks and reach for more water!. Water is great for so many things like digestion, eliminating toxins in the body, and transporting important nutrients to our cells which need energy to burn calories!. Americans drink 20% of their calories, so be careful of that silent pitfall!.

Get to know your kitchen!. I realize it takes more work, but the simple truth is we eat out or order in too often!. There is a greater opportunity to control what is in your food if you cook it yourself!.

Slow down!. When you do sit down to a meal, don't wolf it down!. Our culture encourages eating while driving or sitting at our desks!. The only time we seem to sit down and enjoy our food is at Thanksgiving!. The monks chew each bite of food 100 times (which is excessive), but they also eat only until they are full!. They recognize that chewing their food more makes it easier for the body to digest!.

Breathe!. There are so many days that I don't breathe deeply!. In the morning, mid-afternoon, and at the end of the day take a 10 conscious, belly-deep breaths!. Close your eyes, pull that air deep into your stomach via your nose and let all the junk out through your mouth!. Whether its a stressful day, or you just want to start and end your day on the right foot, breathing is important!.

Don't starve yourself!. Oddly enough some of you may not be eating enough, and the lack of calories is putting your body into save mode!. Our bodies are so brilliant, and if they aren't getting enough food, your metabolism will tell your body to store each and every calorie it receives or to make energy from whatever muscle tissue you have!. Not good!. Oh and by the way, don't skip breakfast!. People who skip breakfast are over 4 times more likely to be overweight!.

Do more than exercise!. Even if you are working out, you can't eat and drink whatever you want!. It really is a three sided puzzle: balancing exercise, food, and (oh yes) the spirit (which stress and happiness play into)!.

I wish you the greatest of success, and remember, being healthy is like making your bed!. It really is something we have to work at everyday!.

And there's nothing you can take or do to increase breat size, although they naturally may get larger during pregnancy and breat feeding!.

Breakfast:
1 scramble egg, egg whites preferably!.
1 whole wheat toast
water or 5oz of juice (natural not the sugary ones)

2 or 3 hrs!. later do a snack:
small fruit not the big ones!! and a slice of cheese!. or one slice of bread nothing on in! and a slice of cheese or ham!.

Lunch:
a small chicken or turkey breast (baked) and 1/2 cup of brown rice

2 or 3 hrs later another snack:
same or a light small yogurt!.

Dinner:
small chicken or turkey breast with some vegetable (steam no butter no salt) and some lettuce or spinach with a teaspoon of olive oil and vinegar!.

**the key is to eat 6 small meals but remember to leave 2 or 3 hrs between snacks and the 3 courses!.
You can substitute the meat for fish but remembering that fish have to be moderate!. and no read meat!.

If you want to lose weight, You have to see your meal, what are you eating per day, Even you walk 2hrs a day , it's not gonna help you!. first you have to cut down some food!. Don't eat any flour, roti, bread, sweet, rice, and other things made with flour!. You need to eat healthy food!. Such as vegetables, fruits, protein!. You can eat meat, but make sure don't cook in too much oil!. Try to bake !. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water!. You can go for walk 40min a day!. Do not eat too much food in one time!. well i have a high matablism so i really cant relate to that!.butt um yah i work out every day for to ours and it usally helps so the best thing is prob just to eat healthy and keep doin ur workout each nite and that should help you=]Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's two ways you could go for weight loss and I think either way will work for you!. First of all, my best suggestion is to learn to eat healthy!.

That means understand the food pyramid, the food groups, the recommended servings, etc!. That is how you should eat for life! If you eat that way and have 3 small, healthy meals a day and 2 small, healthy snacks, you will lose weight!. Each meal should be less than 400 calories and each snack should be about 100-150 calories!. Eating highly nutritious foods is the key, so think in terms of lean protein, veggies, whole-grains, fruits, low-fat dairy, and heart-healthy oils!.

The second option is to do a short-term "drastic diet" that is designed to last for 2 weeks max!. This would take off the most weight rapidly!. There are several on the site under "Diet Plans" but my favorite is the 5-4-3-2-1 diet!.

You get to pick what you eat, but you're going to want to pick highly nutritious foods to keep your metabolism working efficiently!. power walking, jogging, biking, skating, swimming laps, jumping rope, dancing, racquetball, and jumping jacks!. Your walking is fine!. To make sure that you're burning fat, you need to be sweating and huffing and puffing!. In addition, do some good stretches and some strength training!.

There are no foods that increase bust size!. That is purely genetic!. The most you can do is try to build your chest wall which will make what you have perkier!. The exercises above can help with that!.
