Question: What should I do to become thin !?
I am really very fat !.I want to be thin!.Please give me some suggestions!. My friends say that I look good but only one problem ie!. i am fat !. Please help me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here's some weight loss tip's:

- Exercise 6 to 7 days a week!.

- And try to break your workout into two different sessions, this gives your metabolism a jolt!.

- Drink 6 to 8 cups of water a day!. And try to drink ice cold water, it burns more calories!.

- Take enough vitamins, especially ones that promote weight loss (such as 1800 mg!. of Fish Oil, Vitamin B Complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, ect!. Do your research)!.

- Drink green tea or take green tea pills ( it's been shown to speed up your metabolism)!.

- For your metabolism's sake, eat within 1 hour of waking up and don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed!.

- Try a vegan or vegetarian diet (it worked for me :D)!.

- Drink 12 oz!. of warm lemon water (use the juice of 1/2 a lemon) with a little sea salt every morning!. This will detoxify your body and make your skin look amazing!.

- Or, if giving up meat just isn't your thing, just count calories!. Try to have around 1200 a day!.

- Try to avoid white, bleached, or enriched flour!.

- Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils!.

Well, how much do you weigh!? What's your height!? You're very vague!.

One thing you can do is MOVE more!. If you aren't used to exercising, get used to it now!. Fitness is for life!. Even something as simple as walking for 15 min a day will aid in weight loss!. Also, be sure to do some cardio!. This is how you burn fat fast, and improve your cardiovascular/respiratory systems at the same time!.

The key to losing any weight though is through a caloric deficit!. For three days write down EVERYTHING you eat and drink and track your total calories!. Then, lower that by 500!. In one week just by doing that, you will lose 1 pound!. If you were very overweight, it will be more fat loss, and faster in the beginning, because your body is far from it's ideal!. The closer you get to your normal weight, the slower you will see weight loss!.

Cut out sugar!. If you can't quit cold turkey, do it gradually!. Don't drink your calories!. Cut out all soda, and fruit drinks and drink water!.

There's no quick and easy way!. If there was, everybody would know about it and use it, and the inventor would be rich!.

Avoid fasts, fad diets, crash diets, diet pills, internet bargains and the like!. They won't help you, and could very well hurt you!.

Weight loss is achieved when you burn more calories than you consume!.!.!. so if you eat less and sit around, you won't lose weight!.

You need a combination of healthy diet and reasonable exercise to stay in shape!.

And there's no such thing as "permanently" You can always gain weight back by tilting the equation the other way!. If you want to keep weight off, you need to keep eating healthy and exercising!.

A lot of us are out there watching what we eat and exercising, but still not making a dent in our bellies and body weight!. There are a few things we are probably not doing, or doing too much of, that would mean major improvements in our health!.

Get more sleep!. After a very short period of time (about 6 nights), studies show that your glucose levels can rise if you get only 4 to 7 hours of sleep each night!. New parents are excluded, but everyone else should try to hit the 8 hour mark as often as you can and get to bed BEFORE midnight!. Every hour of rest before 12 a!.m!. is twice as valuable as the hours after midnight: Our cortisol levels are lowest before midnight therefore our recovery is the highest!.

Eating fewer refined and processed foods!. Avoid fast and fried food and try to consume as many real foods as you can!. It's also imperative to get enough fiber (helps with elimination); fruits and veggies are a great way to fill up!.

Close your eyes, pull that air deep into your stomach via your nose and let all the junk out through your mouth!. Whether its a stressful day, or you just want to start and end your day on the right foot, breathing is important!.

Don't starve yourself!. Oddly enough some of you may not be eating enough, and the lack of calories is putting your body into save mode!. Our bodies are so brilliant, and if they aren't getting enough food, your metabolism will tell your body to store each and every calorie it receives or to make energy from whatever muscle tissue you have!. Not good!. Oh and by the way, don't skip breakfast!. People who skip breakfast are over 4 times more likely to be overweight!.

Do more than exercise!. Even if you are working out, you can't eat and drink whatever you want!. It really is a three sided puzzle: balancing exercise, food, and (oh yes) the spirit (which stress and happiness play into)!.

i lost over 60 pds a year and half ago, by eating baked chicken BREAST! (cook in oven nothing on top etc!! just herbs if you want!) then eat one cup of brown or white rice, brown is much much better for you !! and a half cup or cup of veggies, FRESH STEEMED!!

i did that for two meals a day and something healthy for snack if hungry at night like plain popcorn! sometimes i even ate more chicken when hungry at night! its pull of protein and will keep you full!

i lost weight and felt GREAT!

dont drink on weekends or nights! i do now and am gainging weight back! YUK! but i love to have my rum and diet drink on weekends, if only i didnt want that !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. i would be thin still!
