i don t know about you but if i get up & go to the gym in the morning my day always seems to go better!.
1!.get up grab a cereal bar
2!.go to the gym
3!.have a swim
4!.go in the sauna & jacuzzi
5!.get showered & dressed, do your hair

it depends on what your goal is!. if you want to lose weight first thing in the morning and right before bed- both times on an empty stomach

If you want to gain weight as muscle, most bodybuilders say your energy levels are higher in the afternoon
