I cant get motivated to loose weight?!


Question: I cant get motivated to loose weight!?
For about a year and a half, ive been on and off diets/excercising on and off because i want to loose around 10kg!. Ive done it before, i lost around 17kg but now i just cant get motivated to finish the job off!?
What can i do/think of to keep me motivated!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

pictures help and most importantly just surrounding urself with things that will support ur diet plan (i!.e!. no cookies in the house etc) write out the nite before what ur eating and make working out atleast 30mn a day A MUST DO!. u can do anything: walking even but u need to do it everyday!. and if u get motivated do more than 30!. drink lots of water!.

also, having a partner is awesome!. and not a pushover either!.

for me, having to figure out what to eat is the most annoying thing!. atkins is the easiest cause all u have to do is eat proteins basic!. and no carbs!. nothin to figure out and everyday u feel like ur one step closer to looking how u want to look!.

just remember to not be too hard on urself!.

Get your family and friends behind you!. Find a workout partner!. Develop activities that are enjoyable to you!. Set specific goals and track your progress!. Hire a personal trainer if you can afford it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you sure you need to lose more weight!? I think if you actually needed to lose weight that would be enough to keep you motivated!. Maybe just be happy the way you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
