Start by drinking water, you could be dehydrated!. Eat heaps of fruit as this will give you nutrients, then eat breads, pastas, soy milks etc!.

I knew someone exactly like you and she went to her normal weight quickly by doing this!.

Try resistance training!.!. Start by changing your diet: you need to eat high protein/calorie/carb foods !. Eat at least 6 medium meals a day!.

Should be animal protein; eggs, red meat, chicken, fish, tuna!.
High carb foods include; oatmeal, bread, pasta, rice, sweet potato!.

Food is the first step!. If you don't eat right, don't even think about setting foot in the gym!. After a couple of weeks of the high protein/carb diet, join the gym!. Skip cardio, since you probably have very high metabolism!. A 5 min!. warm up in the treadmill is ok!.

Don't do high sets/reps, instead stick to low reps/heavier weights!.
Do bench press one day, back the next day, shoulders another day, and so on!. You shouldn't do more than one muscle group per session or too intense a workout, because you will burn too many calories!.

Stick to semi-heavy in the beginning and increase the weight every two-three weeks!.

You will not bulk up, you're too skinny for that to happen within the first 4-8months!. In the first two months, you can expect to gain 4-12lbs of lean muscle mass!. In the beginning you will see the fastest results!.

A great way to gain muscle fast is by eating simple carbs and around 60g of protein right after a workout; a large chicken breast sandwich is high in protein and the flour bread is high in simple carbs!.

Or a quickie would be a couple of slices of white bread, loaded with natural honey and a protein shake!. After a workout, your muscles are starving, if you don't feed them, you will end up loosing weight, instead of gaining it!.

If you don't know anything about weight lifting, go to the public library and rent a couple of bodybuilding books!. Mix it up, free weights and machines, but don't get too freaky too fast, or you will get injured!. I've seen it happen time and time again!.

If you are not willing to try resistance training, you can still gain weight by following a high protein/calorie diet, but it's not as healthy and you might get the dreaded beer belly!.

I know what it feels like to be very skinny, I weighted 135lbs for the longest time , I now weight 180, 5% fat!. If you want to learn more, I don't mind sharing what I know, so you can email if you have questions or need motivation!.

oh my god so basically have no muscle mass at all< i bet you might have tried a lot of stuff but you just dont seem to put on any weight, have you considered the option of discuss it with some fitness expert/ nutritionist!. Cause you really need some structured help!. Check out this website!.

you need to put on weight which is what i assume you meant!.

dont overeat but eat more so that you feel full!.

dont skip meals and dont binge !.

you may just have a small stomach so dont go overboard :)

eat banana and drink one glass milk with it , do exercise otherwise stomach will come out, or eat gram(chane),in the morning, in winter, drink carrot jiuice, and i am saying again do exercise as wellWww@Answer-Health@Com
