What is the best cardio to go on?!


Question: What is the best cardio to go on!?
I have to do 30 minutes cardio spread out for the gym when I go!. Which should I focus toward on more!? Which will help me lose weight around my middle and my legs the best!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with the 1st Sarah M - running is definitely the best for me!.
It is a work out for the entire body and is evidence suggests that running outside has more benefits if you're interested in the outdoors!.
Weight loss happens allover and not in one target place, so the more you exercise, you will not only lose weight in your middle and legs but allover your body!. You can begin toning then after after weight loss!.
However, the real way to lose weight is through dieting - exercise helps but you need to join it with diet!.
There are around 3500 calories in a pound of fat - to burn one pound, you need to run for around 6hrs none stop!. It is likely that if you don't diet, if you burned 1,500 calories, you will consume it all again in the same day!.

Get a good pair of running trainers and do it the way you want!. Interval training on the treadmill is very good and helps you understand your potential more!.

All cardio is good but if you are looking for maximum calorie burning potential running is the best!. Interval training is a good idea to help ramp up the fat burn and metabolism, I do it on the treadmill as part of a gym circuit and I do three sets of 2 minute jog then 1 minute sprint!. The jog should be an easy pace to recover from the sprint - which should be all out effort and you should be tired at the end of it!. It lasts a total of 11 minutes on my programme which is a weights/cardio circuit designed for me for increased fitness, better body tone and fat burning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
