Question: I'm so sick of being teased about my man boobs!.!?
I'm 14, 5'7, 180 something pounds!. I have man boobs!. And I have a big belly lol!. I can never wear what I want cause my favorite store only sells slim fits!. I want to get at least to 140, which is my normal weight that doctors have recommend!. It is so hard living in a house where we constantly eat fast food and I'm offered junk food!. It's so sad!. And everyone makes fun of me when I work out!. I even get teased at school!. Please help, I need this fat gone!. Serious answers only!. You need serious words with your parents!.!.!. the more understanding of the two is better!.

You say, you want only 3 meals a day, and more fruit!.

The idea is, you eat for breakfast!. 2 weetabix, or a regular size bowl of whatever cereal!.

If you want a snack, eat a piece of fruit!. Drink plenty of water, also fills you up and is the healthiest drink in the world!.

Then lunch comes around, ONE sandwhich, heres a lil idea!.!.!. lettice, cucumber, tomato, an lite mayo!.!.!. sorted! Taste nice trust me!.

Pasta or something carby for dinner!.

Or just go shopping with your parents, pick your ****, and check the contents on the back of the packaging!.

Clog your arteries! Fast food is a occasional thing!. If you really mean you're living on it, your parents will die early on, or you!. not good man, not good!.

Eat healthily!. Get out an about, walk, be creative, take your mind off ****!. Just eat propa tho, talk with your parents!.

yes, i understand how people tend to eat the same foods as what their family does!.!.!.but in order to lose weight, you've got to lay back on the junk food and fast food!. refuse to eat those things and ask for some healthier foods such as salad, fruits and non fried or greasy foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Listen, dont let your worth be determined by others ugly comments!.I have lost 60 pounds on the Dr Atkins diet!.This may or may not be good for you!.If you are really determined to lose weight and wear the clothes you want, you will have to give up the junk food!.Can you make an effort to walk a half hour a day 3-4 times a week!? Give up all sodas diet and sweetened!.You can do it!.If your determination is "there", start tomorrow,Be the young fox you want to be!.Take a photo of your self and put it in a daily journal!.No matter what anyone says I say try, and you CAN!. I think there are two issues here that you need to look at!.

Firstly, whatever anybody says, start loving your body!. It's the instrument of your soul!. If you misuse it, it will get into a state that needs repair!. Just like a car would!. Your self-image will play a major role in the rest of the activities!. You are separate from your body!. And your body will reward you if you truly love and care for it!.

The rest of the actions will derive from this perspective!. If your house has too much junk food, be the one to start a healthy regimen!. Not only will you get fitter, others in the house may also start getting envious as you get fitter, and could join you in this effort!.

May be you can keep a food diary, it will help you track what you are eating when!. Just realising what you eat when will make you feel in better control!.
