Am I healthy or not?? I ran the mile. ?!


Question: Am I healthy or not!?!? I ran the mile!. !?
I ran the mile at school and I am 12!. My time was 5:59!. But the first time that i ran it I got 11:00!. So i dont think that I am healthy if I ran it at that time!. But the second time I ran it in 5:59!. Is that good!. I am a 12 yr!. old girl that IS IN LOVE with soccer!. I need your help!. Am I going to be able to keep that time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I played alot of field hockey growning up, the fitness needed for soccer would be similar, you need to be able to sprint and then recover and be ready to sprint again!. I wouldnt worry so much about your time on a mile!. I found the best way to get fit was by doing different types of interval running, meaning if your running arouund a track or down your street, pick markers such as lamposts, jog to one then sprint to the next then jog again etc!.!. also pyramid sprints or sucides-You'll find instructions for these if you google them!. best of luck with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
