I have a problem with snacking?!


Question: I have a problem with snacking!?
i go on diets and getting really hungry and i end up startin to snack which really annoys me coz it spoils my whole thing then what can i do Www@Answer-Health@Com

try this it really worked for me and because you are literally eating all day you wont be snacking!. If you do feel the urge to snack have some green tea or sugar free gum!.!.
i am a 17 year old female who weighs approximately 50 kilos and I am 168cm in height!. I go to the gym three times a week for an hour of cardio (mainly on the cross trainer) and according to the machines i burn about 850-950 calories each time!. ( i know the machines aren't that accurate)!.
My daily diet is ;
Breakfast: all bran with semi skimmed milk and 2 pieces of fruit ussually nectarines!. (300 calories ish)
Snack: apple (50 calories)
Lunch; turkey sandwich (whole meal break and turkey slices no spread) (150 calories)
Snack; will bar (213 calories)
Dinner; varied but consists of 300 calories!. tonight i had a fish cake, green beans and noodles!.
Dessert; 250 calories!.!.maybe and icecream or yohgurt and bar
Supper; cereal with semi skimmed milk (allbran or special k) with a piece of fruit (250-300 calories)

I drink two litres of water each day and i have about two diet drinks and two cups of green tea!.

I have lost 50 lbs in the last 2 months by still snacking, but watching what I snack on!. Instead of snacking on chips and candy, I changed to grapes!. They are kind of like nature's candy!. They have natural sugar so they seem to curb my sugar craving!. They are also small so you can eat a whole handful and it feels like you have eaten a lot!. Try it, they can be pretty filling without all the bad stuff traditional snacks have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're snacking because you're not getting enough in your system!. You could eat healthy, as a diet!. Eat more fruits and veggies, they're high in fiber and very nutritious!. Eat whole grains, or mutli-grains!. And consume more water!. Stay away from sodas and such!.

If you must snack, then put healthy options in your house!. Like the snack size popcorn, without the butter!. Or carrots and such!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you snack on fruit and veg!. Cut up some carrot and cucumber sticks and dp them in low fat hummous or eat popcorn!. I'm you feel hungry drink a pint of water!. Often hunger is thirst in disguise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
