Here's some weight loss tip's which you can do everyday:

- Exercise 6 to 7 days a week!.

- And try to break your workout into two different sessions, this gives your metabolism a jolt!.

- Drink 6 to 8 cups of water a day!. And try to drink ice cold water, it burns more calories!.

- Take enough vitamins, especially ones that promote weight loss (such as 1800 mg!. of Fish Oil, Vitamin B Complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, ect!. Do your research)!.

- Drink green tea or take green tea pills ( it's been shown to speed up your metabolism)!.

- For your metabolism's sake, eat within 1 hour of waking up and don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed!.

100lbs, lol, you would be a skeleton, you should weight at least 115lbs, stop eating so much junk food, only eat at restuarants once a week, and during that time, exercise 5 days a week, start by walking FAST for 45 minutes a day the first week, then increase the amount to 1 hour a day the next week, then the third week, start jogging 30 mins, start by walking on treadmill for 5 mins in the beginning, then jog for 15 mins without stopping, then slow down the speed to walk kinda fast for the next 5, then jog 5 mins without stopping= 30 mins of exercise per day, if you do that for 2 weeks, you will lose a lot of weight, and DO NOT starve yourself, and eat dinner dinner by 7:30 pm the latestWww@Answer-Health@Com

hey hey settle down settle down!. I hate to break it to you babe but a very small amount of people actually weigh 100 pounds!. If i were you i would set a goal weight and reach for that!. once you get there set another one!. Just saying 45 pounds is a little overwhelming and can cause you to become depressed when it seems so far!. I weigh about the same as you!. My current goal weight is 135!. What i like to do is make lunch my biggest meal of the day instead of dinner!. (it gives your body more time to digest)!. Eat healthy foods and instead of taking the bus, wake up 20 minutes earlier and walk to school!.!.!. try my diet it really worked for me
i am a 17 year old female who weighs approximately 50 kilos and I am 168cm in height!. I go to the gym three times a week for an hour of cardio (mainly on the cross trainer) and according to the machines i burn about 850-950 calories each time!. ( i know the machines aren't that accurate)!.
My daily diet is ;
Breakfast: all bran with semi skimmed milk and 2 pieces of fruit ussually nectarines!. (300 calories ish)
Snack: apple (50 calories)
Lunch; turkey sandwich (whole meal break and turkey slices no spread) (150 calories)
Snack; will bar (213 calories)
Dinner; varied but consists of 300 calories!. tonight i had a fish cake, green beans and noodles!.
Dessert; 250 calories!.!.maybe and icecream or yohgurt and bar
Supper; cereal with semi skimmed milk (allbran or special k) with a piece of fruit (250-300 calories)

I drink two litres of water each day and i have about two diet drinks and two cups of green tea!.
