Answers:
well if it were me i would carry on drinking the protein shakes and if you're not hungry, don't eat!
There is no need to eat if your not hungry so what's the point!.!. protein really fills you up anyway!. It's not like you're missing out on essential nutrition either!.
As well, by the time the morning comes you will wake up on an empty stomach and can enjoy a nice breakfast! Food tastes nicer when you *really* want it!. :)

So yeah, it's fine if you don't eat as much after drinking a protein shake!. They have quite a few calories in anyway, and you don't need to put it all back on after you have just worked it all off!

Good luck! xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

The thing with protein is that it makes you feel satisfied!. You are still getting calories with the protein shake and those calories should count towards your overall calories for the day!. You may want to try eating a small amount of protein about an hour before you work out maybe some chix breast or a roast beef sandwich, something with some sort of protein and calories to get you through your workout!. It's not really ideal to eat later at night and then go to bed!. If you do that all of the calories that you ingest instead of being burned off as energy get stored in the body as fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
