How can I lose pure fat around my middle?!


Question: How can I lose pure fat around my middle!?
I have been changing my eating habits since mid July!. I have lost 31 pounds thus far!. I still need to lose about 40 - 50 more!. I want to experience pure fat loss, especially in my stomach area!. Anyone know of any methods to use to lose the rest of my weight!. What I am doing is great, but I want to see more come off the middle!.

My typical meals are about 1200 cals and consist of mostly fruits, veggies, nuts, salmon, chicken, seafoods, and hardly any processed foods!. Any changes here!?

Congrats on loosing so much weight! 31 pounds in 2-1/2 months is awesome! I myself just lost 18 pounds and need about 15 more to go!. I think that you are eating great things!. What I did that helped a LOT is not eating anything past dinner!. If I need a snack after I eat dinner I eat something w/o carbs!.!. Ex!. Hard boiled eggs, chicken, fish (I eat a lot of tuna)!. The reason for NOT eating carbs after dinner is that carbs = natural energy!. If you are not using that energy and go to sleep, those carbs turn into fat!. On top of this you should do cardio for AT LEAST 30 mins!. at least 3 times a weeks!. To know if you are consuming enough calories you take your weight and times it by 11!. THEN since you are trying to loose weight you subtract 200 calories and you get your calorie intake for the day!. As far as getting rid of the fat purely in your stomach, it just takes time!. Usually stomach fat is the last to go!.
