Fiber diet advice... food experience... effects...?!


Question: Fiber diet advice!.!.!. food experience!.!.!. effects!.!.!.!?
Alright here are my questions ^^
If u have done a fiber diet before how much weight are you losing!? any!? how fast!?(i know fiber diets have other benefits but i am 16 so i don't need that information) how long should you build up the fiber you eat so you wont receive the bad effects to much at the beginning!? (bloating, gas, w/e else) If you experience any of these from eating it to fast any idea how long until it goes away!? If something you eat has a lot of fiber in it will you go to the bathroom quickly!?(i don't want to eat a high fiber cereal and then need to go to the bathroom at school!.)
lastly!.!.!. I am looking for food recommendations and also any nutrition I might be missing out on from changing to a fiber diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok with the F-Diet, or fiber diet you need to find out about how much fiber you are eating per day, and shoot for 4-5g more per day and hold that for a week or two, then add more!. Any where from 25-35g a day will work!. At your age I would recommend that you only go up to 25g a day!. The effects of fiber can go away quickly, it depends on the person!. A good source of fiber would be oatmeal, eat it for breakfast every day!. Go to the library and rent The F-Diet!. It will help, I dropped about 25 pounds with it, plus it helps you work out too, otherwise you'll gain the weight again!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you lose weight because the fiber fills you up and helps you not keep on eating and also it'll help reduce your risk of high cholesterol and heart problems!. the weight won't jump off but you'll notice that youll be thinner because foods high in fiber are good for you and if your eating them then you're skipping the bad fast foods that are starchy and made with just plain flour
try to add granola or oatmeal, whole wheat bread, kashi bars are good snacks
