No weights!? Buy a chinup bar to go in your doorway!. Then when that gets too easy, put a backpack on and keep adding books to make it more difficult!. The backpack is a good idea for squats & pushups too!.

Do various pushups too!.!.!. divebomber pushups, polymetric pushups (explosively push up and clap before your hands touch floor again), pushups with your feet elevated on a chair!.!.!. etc be created!.

Core strength is also important in MMA!. Do crunches, leg lifts, and vary these as well (a google search will yield tons of different exercises and variations)!.

Do squats with a heavy backpack on!. Polymetrics are also good, get a chair or find a knee level platform of some kind and jump on and off of it!.

All this is great to a point--for stamina, for fat loss, muscle toning, but to really gain mass you'll have to eventually lift heavier!. But if you have room in your house, you can buy a cheap weight bench from wal mart!. I bought one on sale for 60 bucks!. Buy a barbell, and some weights for it (also cheap at wal mart)!. You don't have to have much else--this alone will be plenty!. Just do lots of bench press, deadlifts, military press, and bent over rows (in addition to the good bodyweight exercises above)!.

As far as eating goes!.!.!. In order to gain mass, you have to eat more calories than your body burns daily!. Unfortunately, if you aren't careful, this can also make you gain fat!. So eat alot of calories especially from protein, but try to minimize fat calories!. Easy to cook and fairly inexpensive lean protein sources are boneless skinless chicken breasts, any kind of fish, tuna, talapia, whatever!. Most sources I've read suggest at least your bodyweight in protein, and many suggest 1!.5x your body weight!. So according to most trainers i've talked to--you would need at the very least 155 grams of protein a day right now!.

As far as learning MMA--you need someone to practice with!. But to get really good, you really need a trainer too!. A friend and I practiced on our own for a while and learned a little, but we both have a little background in martial arts!. It'd be hard to learn MMA without some kind of instruction at least in the basics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walk, jog, run, bicycle, swim, jump rope, sports!.!.!. there are plenty of ways to get exercise without a gym!.!.!. and they cost less too!.

Martial arts needs a professional teacher!.

High protein, low fat, minimal good carbohydrates, and sugar-free liquids to keep you from getting dehydrated!.

There are plenty of good nutrition sites on the web that can help you!.

Good luck!.
