Question: I'm going food shopping!. I need healthy, diet friendly, quick meal ideas!?

I snack a lot I MEAN A LOT, I think I eat and snack all day but it keeps my metabolism high and burning fat, I always snack on trail mix the fruit and nut one, and always must have fruit in my fridge!!!, I always get wheat bagels and tons of skinless chicken breasts, Hope that helped!!! Veggie-based soups, Thomas' "Light" english muffins,
whole-grain pastas and non-meaty, non-cheesy pasta sauces!.
nonfat or vegetarian refried beans, salsa, for putting on the muffins
salad greens in a bag and at least one low/no-fat dressing that sounds good

these've been my staples the last couple of months (I"m doing Weight Watchers, and it's working)
Light wheat bread, beans, fresh or frozen veggies!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
