What should i do to become bulky?!


Question: What should i do to become bulky!?
im 15, and im underweight at 114 pounds, im finding it hard to gain weight, ive tryed upping my protein a little bit but im making no progress, i have no structure in my diet so i need your help!. ive gave up cardio for a bit because i burn calories to quick!. how can i gain weight quicker, ive tryed muscle training aswellWww@Answer-Health@Com

I had a very simliar problem a few years ago, I was about 150 pounds and trying to gain muscle weight!. I am a skinny guy so I found it very hard to gain weight as well!. One thing I found that is great to gain weight and bigger muscles is chocolate milk!. Yea I said chocolate milk!. Do some heavy lifting everyday!.!.!.!.upper body day/ lower body day!.!.!.!.and when you get done drink about 32 oz of chocolate milk within 30 minutes of your workout!. Chocolate milk is loaded with protein and calories, essentials for gaining weight!. It worked great for me I am up to 170 lbs and have gained almost entirely muscle, no fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't bulk through cardio, you bulk through strength training!. That means weight lifting lots of weight, short reps!. If you do serious strength training 3 times a week (body needs 1 days rest in between) and feed it right you are certain to put on good muscle bulk!.

If you did muscle training and didn't see results, you either were not lifting enough weight or didn't give it enough time!. To build muscles you should really be straining on each lift!. After about 3-5 reps you should be unable to lift the weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Alot it has to do with your age!. 15 year olds don't tend to be very bulky, they're usually lean and muscular or fat!. There's nothing wrong with that!.!.!.you're just young!.

But if you want to gain more muscle, then you need to consume more calories especially protein like chicken and red meat; you need to make sure you're eating carbohydrates because they give you energy!. And of course just work out!. If you're going to do muscle training then you also need to incorporate cardio!. But you have to eat! They sell weight gainers at GNC and other health stores that pack a ton of calories including lots of protein, fat and carbs!. Your at a time where your bodies growing and you can eat more than you ever will in your life, so take advantage of that!. Weightlifting will help alot also!. The best excersice to bulk up would be bench press, squats, bicep curls, and military press!. Those will hit all the major muslce groups for you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry, but little guys like you cant get "bulky"
Little guys like you that work out alot tend tolook like Bruce Lee!.!.!.not that thats a bad thing, its just that you wont be able to get big and bulky like a linebacker!.

Lift alot of wieght a few times for more bulky muscles!.!.if you lift a little weight alot, that will give you pansy "pretty" muscle!.
