Question: Do any of you drink PROTEIN shakes!?
i recently started drinking protein shakes to help me lose weight along w/ working out!.!.!.!.however i feel like the protein powder has made me constipated!. is this normal!? im starting to feel fatWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have never gotten "backed up" from drinking protein shakes before and I usually drink four a day!. By the way, protein shakes do not help you loose weight in the standard sense; it is there to help you build muscle; but in turn having more muscle helps you keep the fat off since having more muscle has your body burning more calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

protein shakes do not make you lose weight - they are very high in calories and the purpose of them is to help you gain weight and muscle

Too much protein actually can indirectly cause constipation!. Basically when people want lose weight quickly they the cut carbs, you require your body to access its glycogen, or stored glucose, for energy, and as you deplete your glycogen stores, you also lose water
