Question: What is a good way to lose weight/exercise for a BUSY woman!? !?
I work and go to school full time!. No time to go to the gym and I have minimal energy at the end of the day!. I need something simple and realistic!. Help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i work full-time and have a 7 month old baby boy!. i feel like i have no time and the little time i have, i just want to veg out!.

i do stationary bike for 1 hour a day, at night, while watching t!.v!. i dropped 20lbs in 2 months, now i'm working on the next 20!.!.!.!.and only 20 more to go after that, then i'm doneWww@Answer-Health@Com

the best advise is just workout whenever u can find time , just set a target for how long u wanna workout say 30 mins daily or watever u want or can do and discipline urself that u will do workout for that much time , if u wanna lose weight do cardio which is single most imp factor , then some days of week I am sure u wud be able to manage to find half an hour more than usual practice strength training for 15 to 20 mins for at least 3 days a week and some tonining moves like crunches squats lunge etc ,
and if u cannot do any thing of above just stick to half hour of cardio daily , if u have larger amounts of weght to lose then this wud take longer !

and yes eat right no dont stop eating just eat salads fruits and small meals throughout day limit carbs and fat u can hav one day a week when u eat all u can wish for !Www@Answer-Health@Com

First thing you have to do is stop making excuses!. Honestly! first find little things!.!.!. taking stairs instead of elevators!. Park your car at the end of the parking lot!. Make schedules!. how much time do you spend at school!? How much time is spent procrastinating!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
