Well to answer the first question, I've been working my muscles so long that they no longer hurt on the last reps, they just get tired!.!.
But as for if the last, painful reps are worth it, I would have to say yes!. It may seem unusual, but getting that last really painful rep in can actually make a difference!. That's why it's always good to have a buddy to work out with that can act as a spotter for you, so you can get those last reps up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
