Which exercises should i do to fix the way i stand?!


Question: Which exercises should i do to fix the way i stand!?
i --- kindof- have a hunchback!. i am tall and alittle skinny and spent too many years infront of a pc and it's also kinda genetic!. my back isnt straight like many people!. it is not a critical condition, but i realised that it got better since i've started working out at the gym!.

can you tell me what exercises are good to develop the progress and make my back more straight!?

Lifting weights improves posture dramatically!. So what I would suggest if you are intrested in body building doing that!. Plus having abs and etc!. would be an nice bonus now wouldn't it!?

You need to work every muscle group which would include:

Abs
Chest
Tris
Bis
Shoulders
Back
Legs

An example of what to work on what days would be:

M: Chest, Tris, Abs
T: Back and Bis and Shoulders
W: Legs and Abs
T: Chest and Tris
