Ooh difficult!. Both are quite a healthy breakfast!

The toast and marmalade and eggas maybe are slightly healthier, with the vitamin c from the marmalade, and the eggs being a healthy protein source which will help you feel full for longer in the morning!.

Porridge is healthier than bread, even wholegrain bread, and will provide you for enough energy to keep you going for longer throughout the day as well!. Thats why its difficult to say which is best!. You could also have a glass of orange juice for vitamin c!.

Maybe you could mix it up a bit, and then you won't get bored of having the same thing every day!. I'd probably edge towards the porridge slightly more if your goal is weight loss though, but there really isn't much difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The wholemeal toast with egg and marmalade is healthier because it contains protein!. The protein will keep you feeling full longer and help you to not snack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Porridge provides you with slow release carbs which will fill you up and keep you going longer that bread which is a faster releasing carb!. Fill u up till lunch!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would say porrige but subsitute the sultanas for fresh fruit as dried fruit is often sweetened!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
